What our partners ask before signing.

What is the minimum investment?+

There is no fixed minimum. The ticket depends on the asset type and location. We work on projects from 15 to 100 keys.

What is the management fee structure?+

A base fee plus a performance incentive aligned with owner returns. The more you earn, the more we earn.

What is the typical contract length?+

Typically 10 to 15 years with performance clauses. Both parties are committed to results.

What markets are you targeting for expansion?+

Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir. And select African cities in the medium term.

What property types are you looking for?+

15 to 100 keys, urban or resort, well-located. New build or existing. Location remains the number one criterion.

Do you manage pre-opening and renovation?+

Yes. StayHere manages design, procurement, hiring, and the entire pre-opening phase.

What returns can I expect?+

Between 8% and 12% net depending on the asset and market. Each project includes a detailed projection.

How are you different from a traditional chain?+
