What is the difference between StayHere and Airbnb?+
With Airbnb, you're booking with a private host — variable quality, no reception, possible last-minute cancellation. With StayHere, you get a hotel with a kitchen: professional service, consistent standards, team available 24/7. Hotel reliability, apartment freedom.
Are utilities included in the rate?+
Yes. WiFi, electricity, water, regular cleaning, linen — all included in your rate. No bill surprises at the end of your stay.
What is the rate for a one-month stay or longer?+
Our monthly rates vary by property and season. Contact us at contact@stayhere.ma or via our contact form — we'll reply within 24 hours with a personalized offer.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate you choose. Flexible bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Check the conditions at the time of booking — our team is happy to advise.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. If you're arriving early or leaving late, let us know — we'll do our best depending on availability.
Are the suites suitable for business travelers?+
Absolutely. Ergonomic desk, fiber WiFi, power outlets throughout, corporate billing available. If you have a whole team traveling, we handle everything under a single contract.
Do you offer parking?+
Several of our properties have free secure parking — including Maarif, CIL, Palmier, Agdal 2 and Hay Riad. Check the property page or contact us before your arrival.
Can I extend my stay once I'm there?+
Yes, subject to availability. Contact our team as soon as possible — we do everything we can to let you stay, either in the same suite or in an equivalent property.
Do you offer airport transfers or concierge services?+
We don't handle transfers directly, but our team can recommend trusted partners in Casablanca, Rabat and Agadir. Write to us at contact@stayhere.ma.
