What makes StayHere different from a classic hotel?+
Space and freedom. Our Residences and Hotels suites have a full kitchen, a dedicated desk and a real living area — with the service and reliability of a hotel. Our riads play a different tune: rooms with character and breakfast served on site. Regular housekeeping, responsive team, consistent standards. You stay in a suite, not a room.
What is the difference between StayHere and Airbnb?+
With Airbnb, you're booking with a private host — variable quality, no reception, possible last-minute cancellation. At StayHere, every suite is managed by our team: professional service, consistent standards, available 24/7. Hotel reliability, the space of a residence.
Are utilities included in the rate?+
Yes. WiFi, electricity, water, regular cleaning, linen — all included in your rate. No bill surprises at the end of your stay.
Is breakfast served?+
At one address only: Riad Heritage in Essaouira. Our chef prepares it every morning and it is included in the rate. Our other addresses do not serve breakfast — their suites have a full kitchen instead. For groups, we can arrange it on request.
What is the rate for a one-month stay or longer?+
Our monthly rates vary by property and season. Contact us at contact@stayhere.ma or via our contact form — we'll reply within 24 hours with a personalized offer.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate you choose. Flexible bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Check the conditions at the time of booking — our team is happy to advise.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. If you're arriving early or leaving late, let us know — we'll do our best depending on availability.
Are the suites suitable for business travelers?+
Absolutely. Ergonomic desk, fiber WiFi, power outlets throughout, corporate billing available. If you have a whole team traveling, we handle everything under a single contract.
Do you offer parking?+
Four properties have free secure parking: Maarif, CIL, Oasis and Hay Riad. Agdal 2, Agdal 4 and Agadir also offer parking. Riad Heritage, inside the Essaouira medina, has none — the nearest car park is a few minutes' walk. Check the property page before your arrival.
Can I extend my stay once I'm there?+
Yes, subject to availability. Contact our team as soon as possible — we do everything we can to let you stay, either in the same suite or in an equivalent property.
Do you offer airport transfers or concierge services?+
We don't handle transfers directly, but our team can recommend trusted partners in Casablanca, Rabat, Agadir and Essaouira. Write to us at contact@stayhere.ma.
