1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern all reservations made on stayhere.ma with StayHere Group (hereinafter "StayHere"). Any reservation implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Reservation

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from StayHere. The stay contract is concluded between the guest and StayHere from that moment. All reservations are personal and non-transferable.

StayHere reserves the right to refuse a reservation due to unavailability or any other legitimate reason, in which case any amounts charged will be fully refunded.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes. The price shown at the time of reservation is guaranteed. Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the rate selected.

StayHere reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. Changes do not apply to already confirmed reservations.

4. Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the selected rate:

• ✓Flexible rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date (midnight, local time). After this deadline, one night is charged as a cancellation fee.
• ✕Non-refundable rate: No refund in the event of cancellation or no-show, for any reason.
• —Reservations via Booking.com, Airbnb or other OTAs: The cancellation conditions of the relevant platform apply.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. Flexible timings may be arranged subject to availability, upon prior request to the StayHere team.

An unauthorised late check-out may result in an additional night being charged.

6. Guest Obligations

Guests agree to use the suite in a reasonable manner and to return it in the condition in which they found it. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• — Smoking in suites and common areas;
• — Organising parties or gatherings likely to disturb neighbours;
• — Subletting or transferring the suite to a third party;
• — Accommodating more people than the declared maximum occupancy.

Any damage caused to the suite or its equipment will be charged to the guest based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.

7. StayHere Liability

StayHere accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to personal belongings occurring in common areas or suites, except in cases of proven gross negligence on its part. Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts of Casablanca shall have sole jurisdiction.
